Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Derby City

Connex Education are working with a range of schools in Derby City who are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to support with PPA cover and catch-up interventions. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for work/life balance and flexibility.

Specific requirements:
– Have a minimum of 3 months experience within a classroom
– Have a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
– Have an up-to-date DBS or the willingness to pay for a new one

– Be able to work in a flexible and adaptable manner in a variety of settings
– Be a confident communicator at all levels
– Use a creative approach to learning
