Teaching Assistant SEND

Connex Education Partnership are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a mainstream primary school.

You will hold a minimum level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and already have experience working with learners with special needs. You must be flexible in your approach to work and be able to assist the learners on a daily basis, to help them learn, understand and progress in their studies. This could involve group work, or on a 1:1 basis.

The post is part-time working 5 afternoons per week, term time only, working within the SEN department you will be expected to give your full commitment to the role. This is a varied role so no 2 days will be the same. You could be working with small groups and delivering interventions.

This is a wonderful school, based on the outskirts of Bolton.
