Youth Worker – Coventry.
We are currently seeking a Youth Worker for a school in Coventry. The successful candidate will be working with a student who responsible for ensuring behaviour and productivity is at a good level. As well as supporting academic progress, the right person should be confident in delivering a nurturing pastoral care.
If you have a qualification in Social work, Supporting Teacher or Health and Social Care we encourage you to apply for the role.
This position is due to start immediately subject to full employment and working in education checks.
Having prior experience with those who display challenging behaviours will thrive in this role.
We have training available for those new to the role through our Thirsty Scholar Partnership.
This position is on contract basis (term time only). Pay is set on experiences, qualifications and responsibilities required from each individual school between £62.39-£76.73 per day.

– Ensure behaviour and productivity is at good standard in the classroom.
– Provide one to one support where required.
– Be flexible with styles of approach whilst working with variety of class setting.
– Build good rapport with colleagues, parents and students to support academic success in the classroom.
– Relevant experience or Qualifications
– Right to work in the UK
– Valid DBS (Child Work Force)
– Available Fulltime
